YOUR ORDER

 

·         The order tracking code linked with your transaction should not be confused with the postal tracking number (reference number), since they are two completely different things.

 

·         If you ordered items you don't need by mistake and haven't told us about it before the date of dispatch, we will not reship the needed product to you.

 

·         We must inform you that shipping delays are occasionally caused by technical challenges, but this is not a cause for alarm or regret. If an order is stuck for more than 7 days, please submit a complaint and seek compensation; in such cases, we will offer credits.

 

·         You may always check the status, content, and other details of your order in your order history.

 

·         Please carefully read the ordering instructions before paying for an order, as it will remain inactive until you pay for it, at which point it will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

 

 

·         If your order is large, you may receive several separate shipments. When you receive a shipment, log in to the site, examine your purchase history, and enter the received amount in the field next to each product in that package before clicking "accept" to alert us that the package has been received.

 

·         Because a placed order does not keep the items aside in our stock, if there is more than one week between the date you placed the order and the payment date, you must first confirm the availability of the ordered products by contacting us.

 

·         Because placing an order locks the price in if the order is left unpaid in the system and the price changes when you go ahead with payment, you will still be paying the same price quoted initially.

 

·         If you buy a significant number of different things but the quantity per product is inadequate to qualify for a bulk discount, just order them and contact us to negotiate a lower price within the constraints of our current promotional offerings.

 

·         You can cancel and delete an order at any time if it is not active; if the order has been paid for or activated by us, you must actively cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible.

 

 

QUALITY

 

·         If you are allergic to some of the ingredients in a product you purchased from us but have already administered the product, please see your doctor immediately; as such scenarios are beyond our scope of knowledge.

 

·         Any quality concerns should be reported as soon as possible to our customer service staff using our Contact Us page contact form, together with a thorough description of the problem and, if required, photographs to demonstrate the evidence.

 

 

·         All products are thoroughly verified by us before being shipped to you, and we honor the manufacturer's warranty of quality and authenticity.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

 

·         Your billing and shipping addresses are allowed to be different. The shipping address, on the other hand, must be valid and accessible for at least 40 days after you made and paid for your order.

 

·         If you want an item divided and sent to different addresses, you must place separate orders. Please contact us if you require assistance with this matter.

 

·         All of our shipments are shipped by land or standard airmail from various places in Europe and Asia (we do not ship orders from a local depot in the USA).

 

·         Orders are shipped within 1–5 days after payment is received in our account.

 

·         The usual shipping time is 10 business days, but unexpected delays might cause it to take up to 20 days.

 

 

·         Because items are stored in different warehouses in different countries, we break orders into as many shipments as needed, and shipping times may vary by 24–48 hours from package to package.

 

·         Once the goods have been shipped, you will be notified via email, and the expected shipping date will be displayed in the Order History portion of our website's My Account page.

 

·         The postal service gives estimated shipping estimates, which are not always correct; the actual shipping date might differ by 3-5 days from the one provided.

 

·         Because we have no control over the mail service efficacy, we cannot decrease the chances of shipping delays.

 

 

Our SHIPPING process

 

·         If you change your address (move to a new location) before the scheduled shipping date, the goods will not be re-shipped.

 

·         If you do relocate before the anticipated 30th day, you must ask someone at your prior location to collect the shipment; otherwise, we will only refund 50% of the product value if you did not collect your parcels.

 

·         The shipping time is estimated from the expected date in your purchase history.

 

·         If a shipment is more than 30 days late, it is considered lost.

 

·         The first postal delay complaint should be filed no later than 15 days after the projected date; minor delays are not cause for concern because the postal service is occasionally irregular.

 

·         You must tell us of the shipment's loss on the 30th day after the scheduled date and provide us with the package and order ID, as well as a new address for reshipment.

 

·         Packages that go missing as a result of incorrectly supplied addresses are not re-shipped.

 

It’s important to inform us if packages don’t arrive so that our customer care team can verify the claim and reship the missing items.

 

 

·         A new shipping address is required in the event of our having to reship items to you to avoid additional complications. If you refuse to provide one, we will reship anyway, but shipping will not be guaranteed, and we will not reship the second time.

 

·         If a missing item from your late package is out of stock when it is due to be reshipped, you have two options: wait for a stock update or accept a substitute that is within the same cost as the original item.

 

·         If your parcel has been confiscated and you have received a seizure letter, you must send us a scanned copy.

 

·         Because the sender address on the item supplied to you is purposely forged to provide you with a discreet service, if it is returned to the sender, we will not get it. Therefore, before doing so, please discuss the problem with one of our customer care team members.

 

·         If a product is damaged and you are unable to use it, you must contact us and provide photographs of the damaged products, labels, and packaging.
